We know you love your pets, and we love them too!
 
LangTree Lake Norman offers a playful dog park (human friendly too), beautiful views on long walks and several designated pet waste stations conveniently located throughout our community.
 
Below is further information regarding our pet policies.  Contact us today with any questions you have regarding you and your pets stay with us!
 
Pet Fee:
$350 for 1st pet.
$100 for 2nd pet.
 
Pet Rent:
$15 per month
 
Max of 2 pets allowed per apartment. 
100 lb weight max (combined)
Residents must provide most recent Vet records
 
Restricted breeds Pit Bull, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, and Bull Mastiff. Contact office for full pet policy.
